Mobile device only mode
The Keenai mobile applications start, by default, in Device Only Mode. Your supported Wifi enabled card or camera will transfer photos to your iPhone, iPad, Android device or Windows phone, but the Keenai application will not upload those photos to the Keenai service unless you log in. Instead of uploading to the Keenai service, your mobile device stores your photos in a special folder. In the case of iPhones and iPads, this folder is inside of the Keenai application (you can follow these steps to import Keenai photos to your Camera Roll). Android stores photos in a Keenai folder in your Gallery.
To access Device Only Mode, all you need to do when you install the Keenai application is follow the on-screen instructions. The Keenai application will automatically create a Keenai folder in the appropriate location on your phone or tablet. As long as you don't log in to the Keenai service, the Keenai application will continue to run in Device Only Mode.
When you're logged in to your Keenai account, the Keenai application uploads photos that you have transferred from your supported WiFi enabled card or camera from your phone or tablet to the Keenai service.
You can then use the Keenai application on another mobile device or the Keenai web application to sync with the Keenai service and to view your photos anywhere.
