As previously announced Ricoh changed the operating company back in April of 2018. This was transferred for the purpose of improving profitability and investigation of business expansion.
As we pursued optimization of management resources and new strategies we examined various viewpoints of the business, such as scale of service, usage strategy and profitability and determined that it would be difficult to continue providing the Keenai service. The decision was reached to shutdown the service and provide ample time for our users to download the data they have stored in the Keenai infrastructure.
