Refunds will be issued if you meet the following conditions:
- You must have subscribed to the Keenai service as of September 4, 2018
- If your expiration date is after November 30, 2018
You can confirm your expiration using the following steps:
- Log into the Keenai web app at app.keenai.com
- Click on the settings icon found in the upper left corner of your screen
- Select Account
- Select Membership
You will be receiving instructions via email from the Keenai team if you are subscriber as of September 4, 2018. Please check the following:
- The email you are currently using for the Keenai service is valid
- That you have not blocked emails from email@example.com
In the email you receive you will be given instructions on how to request a refund. Refunds are not automatic and you must complete the Keenai refund form.
Refunds will vary depending on the country you are in. There will be no refunds in the form of credits back to your card, cash or checks. Refunds will be via an e-gift such as a pre-paid Master Card as an example. Please refer to your refund letter for more information.
