All customers who are subscribers will be notified via email as of September 4, 2018. If you believe you are eligible for a refund and have not received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org, please check the following:
- The email you are currently using for the Keenai service is valid
- That you have not blocked emails from email@example.com
In the email you receive you will be given instructions on how to request a refund. Refunds are not automatic and you must complete the Keenai refund form.
Refunds currency will depend on the country you are in. They will not be in the form of cash, check or automatic bank credit. They will be in the form of an e-gift (ex. visa pre-paid card). Please refer to your refund email for additional information.
